Alternative events vary in music, fashion and participation. A club can host very different events on different nights. Confirm the dress code, prohibited items, ticket conditions and entry times on the organizer’s official page. Do not buy specialist clothing solely on the basis of a generic genre description.

Expressive clothing does not permit touching, photographing or intrusive questions. Keep a comfortable distance and follow staff guidance around performances. Ask before participating in any optional activity. If an event’s expectations are unclear, contact the organizer before booking.
